Timber clad coastal house with glass walls at dusk among dune grasses

Residential development, Sussex coast

Fewer homes, built better.

Small collections of architect designed homes in places people actually want to live.

We build between four and twenty homes at a time, with the same architects, the same builders and the same obsession with light, materials and how a street feels in ten years.

Our approach

How we build

I.

Small on purpose.

We never build more than twenty homes in one place. It keeps the scale human and the quality high.

II.

Materials that age well.

Brick, timber, lime and flint. Things that look better in twenty years, not worse.

III.

The same team every time.

One architect practice and two builders we have worked with for over a decade.

Completed

Fifteen years of streets.
